Give the gift of Holiday Spirit!
Every year, Gilead House works hard to uphold the spirit of giving by providing gifts and spreading holiday cheer to the moms and kids in our program. Our annual Adopt-A-Family Program is impossible without the support of our generous community members that care about families that are currently experiencing homelessness. It is because of YOU that our families can enjoy a holiday season full of warmth and joy.
The families at Gilead House are still facing the very real challenges and economic impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic including reduced working hours, layoffs, and inflation. Your generous contributions enable families to enjoy the holidays while maintaining their long-term goals of financial independence.
This year, we will not be accepting physical gift donations and instead are asking our donors to provide gift cards for families. The feedback we repeatedly hear from our families is that gift cards allow them to purchase exactly the gifts they and their children want and need. We strongly encourage donors to provide electronic (email) gift cards as they are the most secure and efficient way of passing your gift on to families.
